Shimmer has launched a 6-week fundraiser to generate financial support for our upcoming exhibitions and activities with art and cultural workers with the support of our friends at Between Bridges. We are able to do this fundraiser with the support of Between Bridges’ 2020 Solidarity campaign. With Between Bridges, we are able to offer —in return for a 50 € donation—a selection of artist-designed posters from artists such as
Betty Tompkins, Wolfgang Tillmans, Anri Sala, Heji Shin, Sabelo Mlangeni, Jochen Lempert, Elmgreen & Dragset, Anne Imhof, Glenn Ligon, Isa Genzken, as well as Ralf Marsault and Heino Muller.
Shimmer believes that finding ways to continue to support artists, writers, creatives of all kinds is very important, now and always. With our limited resources we seek to support as many people as sustainably possible, by donating to this fundraiser you can help us continue to do so.
The posters size A2 (59.4 x 42 cm / 23.4 x 16.5 in). An unlimited edition, only available for a limited period of time. Pick up at Shimmer is possible and mail outs are possible after the campaign. If you want your poster mailed then please add an additional 6.95 euro to cover the mailing costs, within the Netherlands. For those further afield, let us know and we'll make an arrangement for you.
Kindly donate by clicking the link below and then emailing shimmerrotterdam@gmail.com with your name, address and poster you wish to have.
