Shimmer is curatorial studio and exhibition platform based in Rotterdam. Shimmer develops long-horizon cultural programming across film, publishing, sound, and mentorship. Shimmer is supported by a circle of individuals, friends, and community members who contribute in generous and varied ways. We do not receive structural institutional funding. Select projects are supported by public funds, private foundations, and invited partnerships.
